What are your hours?
I see clients between 3:30 and 6:30 weekdays during the school year. I see clients between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm during the summer.
Where do you provide service?
I provide in-home therapy. I can also provide service at daycares, local libraries, or even a park!
do you work with children who do not have diagnosed speech/language delays, but are still not reading at grade level?
Yes, it is possible that there are underlying speech/language delays that may be impacting reading development. A comprehensive assessment will indicate strengths/needs and will inform a plan to increase literacy skills.
Do you work with parents/children who speak a language other than English?
Yes, I am trained to work with all children regardless of whether they are English-only speakers. My assessment will be tailored to their unique needs. Parents will need to provide their own interpreter if needed.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance. I will provide you with a Superbill in which you can seek possible reimbursement through your insurance company as an out-of-network provider.
Do you provide free consultations?
Yes, I provide a free consultation to determine whether your child will be a good fit for my services.
What ages do you work with?
I work with children between the ages of 4 and 12.
Do you work with older children who are reading at grade level but have an articulation disorder?
Yes. I will use a literacy-based approach to articulation therapy for all students even if they are reading at grade level.
Do you work on writing?
I work on writing as part of a comprehensive therapy plan, however, I am not trained to work on the fine motor skills necessary for writing.
What are your rates?
I provide competitive rates. I will discuss my rates during a free consultation.
